Fast Approaching

I can not believe that it is about to be April! This also means that my birthday is less than two months away! Good news...I'll be 22. Bad news...I have SO many things to accomplish on my "21 Things to do Before I'm 22" list! When I wrote that list I thought that I would definitely NOT have a problem accomplishing everything...guess I was wrong! Wish me luck because I would like to have a least half of the list accomplished!

Blessing

My boyfriend and I have had so much fun hanging out! He is SO amazing, so any time I am with him we have a great time!!! He is such a blessing in my life and has proven to me that God's plans are ALWAYS bigger and better than we ever dreamed possible!

Hmmm...so now I'm a first grader.

I am taking an art class for education majors this semester. I am not very artistic. Crafty...yes, artsy...no. To say the least, I am trying to make it through this semester without completely relying on my incredibly artistic roomie, Kristy.

On the bright side, this course has introduced me to some new art mediums and reconnected me with some others. Oil pastels, tempera paint, watercolor paints, Crayola model magic, and the most unusual CRAYPAS. What is craypas, you ask. This was my exact reaction to the supply list in August. Well, I can answer your question...craypas is very similar to oil pastels except that melted crayons
are added to give it a more waxy consistency. So, there was your art lesson of the day...don't you feel smarter with the gain of useless knowledge :).

Now you can experience my projects with me, lucky you! Let me know what you think or any suggestions that you have to improve my artwork. Enjoy and remember the professor only requires me to be a first grader. (That's my excuse for poor art skills, haha)
